  3. I got the idea to write it out from an article on msn and it's given me a real desire to follow it. Use away. :)

  4. Great job Kimm! Measuring the inches is awesome because the scale doesn't always show results as you want it too (especially as you start adding muscle), but the inches will show the work you're accomplishing. And, I love the slim in 6 program. When I followed it regularly...it's amazing what it does to your legs and butt. Didn't love the highest level video but did love the 2nd level. Good luck and let me know what I can do to keep encouraging you!

  5. Kimm I think you have already gotten over the first battle and that is writting it all down. Good luck with the routine and keep us posted. I will be watching!! Oh and thanks for having Terrence over so much during the holidays. He always needs a break from my mom when all my family is there. Plus he likes to just be lazy and not go anywhere, so now I think he will be better to just leave and hang out with family more often when we come home. And Scott had a lot of fun staying with you guy. Thanks Kimm.

  6. Any of you are welcome any time. We enjoyed seeing all of you as often as we did. Thank you for letting Scott sleep over too. I'm really glad we got that opportunity. He's such a good kid. And thank you for your support. Any suggestions anyone will share will definitely be welcome. :)

  7. Delicious treat: Frozen or fresh fruit, cut up into little pieces in a bowl. Pour whipping cream over it, but not actually whipped of course. Eat. Love it!
